Gary says that working at Citrus KIA since October of 2007 has been a very exciting, rewarding, and fun time for him. He has been friends with the owners of the dealership, Steve and Cindy Hiteman, for a long time, but joining them and working with them has been even better. The dealership has a philosophy that starts with the owners, and that is to treat people the way they would want to be treated and Gary thinks that is a very, very good approach.
Gary has been in the auto industry for 25 years starting back in Indiana where he was born and raised. He moved to Florida in 1990 where he continues to live today. He and his wife Linda have been married for over twenty years and they have one son who will turn 10 soon. He loves playing golf, and poker, and coaching his son's baseball teams. As a family they enjoy shopping, traveling and going to amusement parks, movies and shows.
Helping people get the automobile that they desire is a huge thrill for Gary and knowing that they are having a good time while doing it is most important to him. The one thing that Gary thinks creates a successful business is having World-Class customer satisfaction and he says that we strive to make that a reality every single day at Citrus KIA!!!

Ed is a relatively new addition to the Management Staff at Citrus KIA, however, he has known the owners Steve and Cindy Hiteman for over 20 years. Ed has experience in Sales and Finance at Dimmitt Luxury Motorcars, Ferman and the Courtesy Group.
Ed and his beautiful wife Donna live in Land O' Lakes, FL where they have 5 children, Brittany 23, Edward III 18, Trenton 15, Carson 9 and SadieLea 3. Ed also has one granddaughter, Ella Grace who is 2 years old.
Ed played hockey for many years, and occasionally still plays. He enjoys attending his son's hockey games. Obviously Ed doesn't have a lot of spare time, however he also enjoys cooking, sailing and playing bad golf.

If you ever wondered who handles your lender, legal, and dealership documents; that would be Bob Nast, our Business Manager. Bob has 35 years of business and sales management experience and is always anxious to help our customers.
Married for 34 years to his wife Jewel, Bob is the proud father of four. Interested in both boating and motorcycling, Bob stays busy when not at the dealership. A resident of Beverly Hills, Bob is a member of Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church as well as a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. Bob looks forward to serving you in all of your financial needs at Citrus KIA.

Citrus Kia's Service Manager Paul Arduser takes pride in going above and beyond for our customers. He strives to consistently offer every customer the very best experience each visit. This same attitude to perform outstanding customer care is also shared by all of the employees working in the service department. Paul feels that each customer experience has different needs and it is very satisfying to assist with these situations and work for the best possible outcome.
Paul Arduser is from Des Moines, Iowa were he enjoys visiting his family and friends any chance he can. He attended the University of Northern Iowa with a BS in Business Management. After college Paul started working with Truck and car dealerships and has enjoyed the many years of experience in the auto industry. Paul loves spending time with his family and enjoys participating in activities with his two teenage sons. Since moving to Florida Paul and his family loves going to the beaches and exploring the many great attractions of Florida." During my time with Citrus Kia, I have come to consider my colleagues a second family and Citrus Kia like a second home".

You can find Lisa in the Accounting Department if you have any questions regarding your title or the registration to your vehicle. Lisa has over 35 years of Automotive accounting experience in California, Massachusetts and Florida. Lisa says she loves working at Citrus KIA, because she enjoys the people she works with. Lisa works with Jane Hughes and Cindy Hiteman in the Accounting Department. In addition to all of her other Accounting responsibilities, Lisa commits time to the monthly employee cookouts, and organizing a variety of charitable functions such as quarterly blood drives, supporting Breast Cancer Awareness, and Toys for Tots.
Lisa shows that she cares about our customers by assisting in the baking of fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and helping Cindy with customer calendars. Lisa also works at the quarterly Customer Appreciation Events and enjoys getting to meet more of our customers at this Event.
When Lisa is at home she enjoys reading and horseback riding.

Dave Hodge has coached Pop Warner Football for 13 year in Citrus County. He takes pride in knowing that he helped teach the game of football to so many young kids. Dave also play on a Recreational Mens Football team for Citrus County. Dave is a native to Crystal River

Mischelle is from Hartford, WI and has lived in Hernando county for about 20 years. She is the mother of two teen aged boys that consumes most of her free time.
Mischelle has worked for Citrus Kia since the first day Steve and Cindy
Hiteman purchased the dealership. Mischelle has many customers at Citrus Kia that she has created wonderful relationships. She has worked in the Automotive field for 15 years and is Kia Service ELite certified.

Pete Maxted was born and raised in Indanapolis,In. He moved to Citrus County in 2005. Pete has a large pig farm were he spends most of his free time. Pete is very enviromentally friendly and has created a system to uses the waste from his pig farm to convert into burnable fuel for his 1994 truck which his like very much. Pete is active with local politics and works together with local groups to spead his word.

Hector is entered in the Tampa, FL Tuff Mudder endurance competition which is considered the toughest obstacle course on the planet.
Hector speaks fluent spanish and as a hobby builds muscle cars

Carrie is a native to Florida, 6th Generations of Homosassa tradition. She works very hard in our service department and has been with Citrus Kia for three great years as a service consultant. Carrie has 2 children, 1 girl and 1 boy. She loves to eat out and her favorite restauraunts are El Ranchito and Carrabas. Carrie also enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend Mike and shopping with her best friend April.

Todd was raised in the Florida Everglades and at times had to take an
airboat to school. He is certified FDLE and is a volunteeer Fireman for the
town of Ozello. Todd has worked in the Automotive Field as a technician for 20 years and has been an asset to our Citrus Kia staff. He spends his free time out fishing or driving airboats when his time permits.
